Hi! I’m Chloe, food blogger, photographer, cat lover, and peanut butter addict. Forkful of Plants is my small corner of the internet dedicated to delicious plant based recipes for every day of the week. Here, you’ll find recipes for food-lovers who don’t always have hours to spend in the kitchen, but come the weekend, can’t step away!

Forkful of Plants began in my head 3 years before it materialised in 2020. Moving half way across the country, stepping into long hours as a food photographer with busy commutes, and moving in with my omnivorous partner seriously made me rethink my cooking style.

I was a long term vegan and food lover, but never before had I had to think about what I was cooking. Not only did I have to fit my love of cooking around my busy working days- I had to please my resident omnivore with healthy but delicious plant based dishes. Fast forward three years and I have mastered the art of making easy batch dinners, prepping tasty lunches for the week ahead, and indulging my love of creating something special in the kitchen at the weekend.

In fact, my now plant-loving partner (small victory dance) spent the last three years pestering me to write it all down and help other busy, food loving, vegans, vegetarians, and flexitarians. And so, welcome to Forkful of Plants- your one stop shop for delicious plant based recipes for every day of the week.
